The best baking pan

This is the best baking pan that I have ever purchased. I’ve used it several times and nothing sticks to it. It washes up very easy. Very durable. I recommend these pans!

received this pan today and made a frittata. I wondered if it would actually come out of the pan without greasing. It did! I turned it upside down and it just slid out! buying another one in different size today.

Excellent baking pan! Never sticks & cooks evenly!

Our new go to baking pan because of the even cooking and the fact it never sticks. The quality is fantastic and Ninja did it again! Highly recommended!

Solidly Built Cake Pan

The Ninja B30408 Foodi Never Stick Premium 8 inch Square Cake Pan is an excellent Nonstick cake pan. It is a heavy construction and has a Never Stick coating. These pans are made in the tradition of the Ninja Foodi line of kitchen products. The pan is made from heavy gauge steel and heats evenly while cooking. The pan is dishwasher safe though it easy to clean by hand which I recommend. I have other Ninja products and they always seem to perform well and this pan is no exception.

Excellent Quality, No Need to Use Nonstick Spray

I own many Ninja brand products so I was excited to see them venture into the bakeware area. I have used this pan for several things including brownies, cornbread, and coffee cake. The pan is heavy, excellent quality and easy to clean. I don't recommend using metal utensils in this to prevent scratching and I also hand wash it. My favorite thing about this pan is that I don't have to use nonstick cooking spray in it at all, which over time tends to gunk up a pan during the baking cycle. Because the nonstick in this pan is so high quality, I can bake without the cooking spray and the food releases just fine. Great pan for the price, way better than other brands I have tried.

Excellent Pan: A Ninja B30408 Foodi NeverStick Premium 8” Square Cake Pan Review

I am a classically trained chef and enjoy baking. The Ninja products I have are designed well and made with quality materials. So, I confidently placed an order for the Ninja B30408 Foodi NeverStick premium 8” square cake pan. I was instantly impressed after removing the pan from the shipping package. The heavy-gauged metal, the rolled edges, and the smooth surface make for an excellent baking pan. I dislike the raised “Ninja NeverStick” branding on the bottom of the pan, which stamps your baked goods. This isn’t a big issue unless the baked item is served upside-down. Plus, the handle’s raised branding makes the bottom branding seem excessive. I hand-washed the pan before using it. This pan is dishwasher safe, but handwashing is recommended. Then I lined the bottom of the pan with parchment before adding the batter. The rounded corners make lining the bottom of the pan more challenging. I prefer squared corners for some recipes. Although, rounded corners are common in non-stick pans and are easier to clean. My recipe called for using a non-stick spray on the pan, which damages non-stick surfaces. The parchment protects the non-stick surface and aids in removing the baked cake. I then added a second high sugar content batter in dallops before using a stick to swirl the batters together. My perfectly baked cake had moist edges and a consistent height. After cooling, I poured the icing over the cake and let it set. Then I cut the cake into squares and placed the pieces on a cake plate. The liner protected the non-stick surface from scratches and pulled off with ease. Lastly, I hand-washed the pan, and the melted sugary goodness washed off with ease. Even baking and perfect release

I used these to make some gluten free brownies . They baked up evenly and rose beautifully in the pan. This pan has a slick silicone coating that allow for easy removal. The design is very good with the entire unit being one solid piece without any joints for water and food to slip into. A quick light wash and it was back to looking absolutely brand new.
